Headz Up for Women provides women from all backgrounds and at all stages in their business career with support throughout the life & work cycle that directly and indirectly affects their daily lives. Headz Up for Women provides this by supporting and encouraging personal growth through a series of Women’s development workshops. These have been exclusively designed to deal with work, life issues facing women today. Headz Up for Women Networking: Organise relaxed and enjoyable monthly business networking events to support Women within the work place and businesses run by women. Providing an excellent environment for opportunities to encourage, stimulate business growth and will positively promote you and your business. We also provide business support to Black and Asian Women experiencing additional challenges in the business environment. Headz Up for Women through specific events continue to explore the needs of this group and look at empowerment strategies through partnership working and the development of string networks.
Networking can assist you in the following ways:
- Sales: Networking is a proven sales tool. If it is harnessed properly it can be used to identify your future customers.
- Marketing: Networking can raise your profile. An effective means to enable you to increase your visibility to markets and sectors that may not be familiar with your services or products, or enable you to find new suppliers of associates to work with.
- Knowledge: Networking can help you to identify what companies in your market sector are doing and how they are doing it! The added bonus of being introduced to other people from different industry sectors is that it can bring solutions to current work challenges. Our networking events have been known to identify innovative solutions or to help push forward new products.
Women who run their own business, Women working from home, Women in professional roles, Women who are thinking about starting up a business and working mums!
Our networking events are relaxed, enjoyable and engaging opportunities to meet people. We have a winning forumla that involves the opportunity to mix, meet delegates over light refreshments, everyone is afforded the opportunity to offer a '60 second’ pitch. We have guest speakers at all our events and if you would like to provide a talk then we would love to hear from you. All speakers are welcome to bring there pop-up displays and any promotional information.
