Below, you will find important information regarding shipping, returns, and steps to take if your order does not arrive as expected. Our goal is to ensure your items are delivered safely and any issues are addressed promptly and professionally.

Shipping
We currently ship only within the UK, with a flat shipping rate of £4.99.​

 

All orders are processed and shipped by our printing partner, Printful. Typical delivery times are:

Standard shipping: 5–10 working days​

To make sure your goodies reach you without a hitch, please double-check your shipping address. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned, and reshipping costs will apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives with a misprint, damage, or defect, please let us know within 30 days of receiving it so we can make it right.

For packages lost in transit, claims should be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

 

If it’s our mistake, don’t worry – we’ve got it covered at our expense!

Returns
The default return address for any items is our Printful facility. This helps us process returns quickly and efficiently.

When a returned shipment arrives at the facility, an automated email notification will be sent to you so you know it’s on its way back.

Please note: unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days, so it’s important to keep an eye on your deliveries. If you need the return address for any reason, please contact us. If a different return address is used, you would be responsible for any items returned to you.
